I will record those dishes so that when I glance through them, I will have an idea what to cook during the weekends..
1. Chop lemongrass, galangal, kafir lime leaves finely.
2. Tear few pieces of kafir lime leaves.
3. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours
4. Pan fried the fish with some water, so that the ingredients will become gravy.
Though the appearance is not nice, but it is very appetizing and good to go with rice..
